what have i achieved in this month
i stopped a bad habbit wich i woud not descrbe on here
i stopped smoking 2 packs of cigarettes daily
i started walking half an hour daily
i stopped eating all fried food for 23days untill now
i hope to start using this leverage to regulate my caloried intake
